Large Format Technical (studio) Camera
Phil's basic kit consists of: a Camera Body, in this case a Monorail
with two adjustable Stages, connected by a flexible body (Bellows)
one Stage holds a Lens & exposure mechanism (Front Stage),
and the other a Focusing & Film Holding device (Rear Stage)The equipment shown is a 'Sinar X' it is normally used on a Studio Stand or a heavy duty Tripod when it moves out of the studio.
In addition to 5x4 sheet film and Polaroid, it can also take 120/220 film in a special holder (not shown) which gives the option to select the format: 6x4.5, 6x6, 6x7,6x9,6x12 (cm)
